JAKARTA, Sept 30 (Reuters) - A powerful earthquake off the coast of Indonesia's Sumatra island has killed at least 75 people and the toll could rise further since so many buildings had collapsed, the country's vice president said on Wednesday. Jusuf Kalla told a news conference that as well as homes, hotels, schools, shops and other buildings had collapsed. (Reporting by Telly Nathalia; Writing by Ed Davies)
